Why I Created Momentum Mail

Last year, life was...a lot.

I was juggling work, helping my husband launch a business, and navigating some tough health challenges with my mom. Every day felt like a game of whack-a-mole—putting out fires, managing deadlines, and hoping nothing critical slipped through the cracks. Spoiler alert: a few things did.

I knew I needed help to stay on track.

What I didn’t need was another productivity app or a business course packed with videos I’d never watch. I needed something simple, personal, and effective.

I looked for an accountability program that could fit into my chaotic life, but everything I found was either impersonal or came with checklists and tools that only added to my overwhelm.

So, I created what I needed: Momentum Mail, an accountability mastermind.

At first, I thought the idea was too simple. But when I started sharing the idea with friends, colleagues, and business owners I knew, the reaction was unexpected. It was met with enthusiasm. Some even asked if they could sign up. Of course, I wasn’t ready for them, but that’s when I knew I was onto something.

After spending more than a decade working with entrepreneurs and small business owners, I realized something: Most people (and by most people, I mean you) don’t need more strategies or tactics.

You already know what to do, but it is nice to have someone to run things by and occasionally give you a gentle nudge (or a big kick in the backside).

What you really need is someone to walk with you, to help you stay focused, and to cheer you on when you feel stuck. Someone invested in your success simply because it’s exciting to see you win.

That’s where I come in. Momentum Mail is my way of helping you ditch the distractions, focus on what truly matters, and stay accountable—without adding to your already full plate.

Because I’ve been where you are, I know how much a little support can change everything.

So stick around if you want inspiration and support to achieve your big goals.
